Your bag is handcrafted from pandan leaves, cut into strips and woven by hand. To keep it beautiful for years:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Avoid moisture and humidity
- Do not overfill to maintain its shape
- If damp, air dry immediately (do not machine dry)
- Keep away from heavy pressure or crushing
Natural materials may slightly change over time. Keeping the bag away from too much sun helps maintain its color.
Because each bag is handmade, production takes time and quantities are limited.
Some designs may be restocked, but not all. It depends on availability and production.
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within a 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery: 3–5 business days (Visayas & Mindanao), 5–7 business days (Luzon)
