At Linia Habi, each bag is handwoven by Filipino artisans and made in limited pieces. Because of this, we handle returns with care.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item is damaged, or
• You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

To request, email us at help@liniahabi.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item

All requests will be reviewed first before approval.

Replacements

• If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item (if available)
• If not available, we will give a refund

Not Accepted for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Slight differences in color, size, or design
• Small imperfections from handweaving

These are normal because each bag is handmade and unique.

Refunds

• Refunds are only given if replacement is not possible
• Processing time is 5–10 business days
• Refund will be sent through:
  • Original payment method, or
  • Bank transfer / GCash

IMPORTANT

• Each bag is made by hand
• No two bags are exactly the same
• Small differences are part of the design and not considered damage
